Insurance-Backed Guarantee — IWA
In addition to our industry accreditations, we offer an IWA (Independent Warranty Association) insurance-backed guarantee on our installations. Since 1985, the IWA has provided deposit protection and guarantee insurance within the UK home improvement sector.
When you pay a deposit, you receive a Deposit Protection certificate from IWA, securing your deposit for up to 25% of the contract value. After project completion, the IWA Guarantee Insurance covers your contract for up to ten years — even if the company ceases trading. This comprehensive coverage is backed by FCA-authorised insurers, providing genuine long-term security for your investment.
